Who We Are & Why We Serve

Alchemy is a Gwich'in and Yup'ik woman-owned firm and graduate under the SBA 8(a) Program. We provide respectful and dedicated support to Tribes and rural communities through culturally informed solutions that foster strong governance, build sustainable operations, grow Tribal enterprises, and strengthen the delivery of essential services to Tribal Citizens. We are committed to giving back to the communities we serve. Through volunteerism, mentorship, and financial support, we work to strengthen and uplift Alaska’s Tribal communities beyond our professional services.

We proudly participate in the Southcentral Foundation Elder Program, supporting our Elders and honoring their contributions. Alchemy is also a proud sponsor of the Alaska Tribal Administrators Association, supporting leadership development and effective Tribal governance across the state.

PROGRAM MANAGER​ | 08.18.25

The Program Manager partners with Alaska Tribes to strengthen programs, build capacity, and ensure compliance with critical funding requirements. This role calls for hands-on experience navigating Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Alaska state programs, and borough funding streams. From managing deadlines and financial reporting to supporting grant success, the Program Manager helps Tribes stay on track and meet their goals. At times, the Program Manager may also step in as an interim Tribal Administrator, providing steady leadership and practical solutions to keep operations running smoothly.  Submit your application and cover letter here
